[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — My Order ID: [protected] (Mobile)

My Order ID: [protected] (Mobile), I received the product on 4th Nov. I paid COD. Mobile is not working properly, I have registered the complaint in snapdeal. They arranged Service Engineer, but he recommended the product for replacement/refund. Snapdeal Courier team picked the product with service engineer (Feedback form) for return on 13th Nov. on 14th, I received mail from snapdeal as validate failed. But still now I haven't received proper reason for validation failure. I haven't received refund or replacement or my product (which is not working properly) also. I am attaching softcopy of Service engineer feedback and return pickup courier detail

Snapdeal Customer Care team is telling product is not delivered. So they will not able to return money or product back

I paid COD to courier team as Rs 1999 and Now Snapdeal brought back the product also

Please compare the IMEI number of mobile in the invoice and product which I have returned. Let me know, if it is different.

If it is not delivered, Please confirm whether snapdeal received undelivered product.
