My Order ID: [protected] (Mobile), I received the product on 4th Nov. I paid COD. Mobile is not working properly, I have registered the complaint in snapdeal. They arranged Service Engineer, but he recommended the product for replacement/refund. Snapdeal Courier team picked the product with service engineer (Feedback form) for return on 13th Nov. on 14th, I received mail from snapdeal as validate failed. But still now I haven't received proper reason for validation failure. I haven't received refund or replacement or my product (which is not working properly) also. I am attaching softcopy of Service engineer feedback and return pickup courier detail Snapdeal Customer Care team is telling product is not delivered.
