Snapdeal.com — No refund for defective item | |||||
Recently, I ordered a Mobile Handset (iBall MultiSim Tarang 2.8J Coffee Brown) from Snapdeal. They delivered the item on 23rd nov 2015. so after using the handset I found out that it's charging port is Defective or Damaged. so I submitted a complaint regarding the defective Handset & ask them for a full refund from snapdeal but the customer executive said that he will not refund the amount and will not replace the item, don't know why?? he was acting up all weird & was not able to provide me any help. so kindly help me regarding this serious matter ASAP !!!
