[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No refund received. | |||
I have ordered online at snapdeal.com, they have accepted my order and i paid for it online. After few days they messaged me that they don't have product which i ordered and they are not able to deliver it to me. And now till that day i don't get product or refund. Date of order is 6 February 2014. I have contacted their customer care their help line numbers and also provided my bank statements which shows that they did not refunded to me. Please take strict actions against them and help me to get back my refund. This type of fraud shopping websites will cheat many customers in future and there might be many customers who are suffering like me and being part of their fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
