Snapdeal.com — no response on refund of money on returned product | |||
This email is with regards to the request #10716181 against the order number [protected] as per the snapdeal database. my cousin priyanka Chaudhury had bought a product from the website. and I soumik sarker On behalf of priyanka Chaudhury is making a complaint on the very case. she bought a roti maker of brand "eagle" worth about Rs 780/- or more. instead she received a wrong product without any retail invoice bill, which was asked my snapdeal to return it.Instead of the "Eagle roti maker" I received the wrong product "Super shakti electronic insect and mosquito killer". we did return it within the allocated time but it's been 2 months since snapdeal is not responded to our complaints. the product was unused. please do look into the matter as soon as possible. as we need the refund as soon as possible. regards, Soumik sarker [protected] [protected]@gmail.com Lovely professional university jalandhar punjab Was this information helpful? | |||
