Hi, Reg : Regarding Order Id [protected]Already in touch with snapdeal support with following detailSnapdeal Support, Mar 31, 15:56When I was looking for a TV, I came accross this on snapdeal.com and then I tried to have a look at many retail stores but could not find this model anywhereLater on when I came to know that I we dont like the product we can get it replaced from snapdeal.comSo I decided to order it and now when I dont like it and I want to get it replaced snapdeal.com is refusing meI am even ready to by more expensive TV and thats too from snapdeal.comEven at end of this mail it is written 'All purchases covered by TrustPay guarantee'I am feeling being duped by snapdeal.comWith all due respect I am saying that if I dont get this TV replaced by snapdeal.com it would be very difficult for me to have trust in snapdeal.comI am not able to answer whay should I buy a TV I dont likeI have complete trust in snapdeal.com and hope snapdeal.com dot break my trust and will get it it replaced ASAPJust FYI, I placed a request for replacement within 7 days of delivery of the productI hope this time I am not talking to computers but real people as we buy from retail stores so that it makes our trust in online shoppingRegardsVipul Narula Was this information helpful? | |||
