[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not attending to defective item

I ordered a wardrobe on 31st july.
It was delivered on 18th aug.
Carpenter told that wardrobe is missing holes for screws on middle runner. Hence, the wardrobe cannot be assembled and needs to be replaced.
I raised case to snapdeal on 21st july.

Nothing has happened since then.

- get refund
- get replacement
- talk to them of other options (E. G. Repair if possible)
