I ordered a wardrobe on 31st july. It was delivered on 18th aug. Carpenter told that wardrobe is missing holes for screws on middle runner. Hence, the wardrobe cannot be assembled and needs to be replaced. I raised case to snapdeal on 21st july. Nothing has happened since then.
