Hi, I placed the order on 12th May 2015 (Jmd Back Cover Iphone 4/4s Case - Gray), got delayed twice. Called customer care thrice. Representative who received call second time on 21st May 2015 said he has raised an "Urgent" complaint and somebody from snapdeal will contact me in next 48 hours. NOBODY DID. Called again yesterday (25th May 2015), was "guaranteed" that "somebody" will contact me in next 24 hours from logistic department and guess what "NOBODY DID". This is not the first time. I had to cancel my previous order with snapdeal due to same sort of disgusting services which forced me to order from flipkart and they got it delivered in 1 working day.
