Snapdeal.com — order placed but cancelled by snapdeal | |||
Hi, I have placed the order for Karbonn octane plus on snapdeal.com on 11dec2014.order number is [protected]. It was available at rs:11480. And i have got the discount of 50% i.e. 5740 .So i paid rest of 5740 and placed the order . But today when i checked the order is cancelled by snapdeal .I checked with snapdeal and they are saying the product is not available and hence they canclled the order.my questions to snapdeal is 1. How did u allow the customer to place the order if the product is unavailable? 2.if you are cancelling the order on your own, how can a customer get assured that what ever order heh as placed holds good or not? this is totally unethical which you are not supposed to do. How can you assure the customer, that the order placed by him/her is "Palced really "or not ? Was this information helpful? | |||

We have initiated the refund on Fri Dec 12 2014.
Please be informed that in case of prepaid order, money will be credited back to your respective bank account within 7-21 working days, Depending upon the bank.
We request you to treat this incident as an exception as we constantly strive to provide the best of service for our valued customers.
