[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Poor return policy | |||||
I have bought a mobile phone from Snapdeal. Xolo1x black. Phone is not good. It did not contained headphones, battry back up is pathetic. The phone heats up whever u use the phone for a long time. Cannot play games as the phone heats very quickly. I was promised that an engineer will visit my home within 6hrs, noboby came & 7 days return is fake. Waste of time & money all I want before 15th feb i want this product to be back with u & my refund back on my card so that i can buy another product from other provider.
