Snapdeal.com — product damage

i want to replace my product but companie says no one stock ast this time but same product show on line on this site atlest double prise so they ask me not replace but refund money with in 7 working days almost 7 days i lost and other 7 days they says so what can i do i need really of that product and at time i have pay full pay on this site on delevery time so .pls
