[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Product not delivered, no Cancellation or either refund of the Amount

I had booked the product on 28th of August 2014, since the shipment was assured on 3rd of September 2014 so on the it was not done and I've been calling them from 2nd September on a daily basis to cancel the order and the today the date is 8th September and the order is not yet cancel and due for my 1st EMI that is rs1880 and customer service is so worse that 4 of their executives assured me call back within 4 hours but instead of waiting for 8 they never called me back please resolve my complaint i don't want their product i just need a cancellation of confirmation and my Amount should be refunded back to my credit card.. Please do The needful
