I ordered a magnetic exercise bike which was delivered to me on 25 January i opened it attached its magnetic tension wheel was not working it's screen was damaged and i placed a refund request i have been waiting for 13 days called the helpline 10 times every time I call they they will process in next 48 hours but nothing happens
