[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund amount is not initiated after product pickup | |||||
Order id: [protected] I have ordered a set of tshirts, due to fitting issues i requested for returns. The courier guy came on saturday to my office address but insisted to come on monday due to holiday.in the mean another courier service came from snapdeal and collected the product and received the receipt. But it was not updated by snapdeal in the website and closed the return request. I have shared snapshot of the pickup receipt from jv express (Courier service) to snapdeal. I called many times to snapdeal support and send many mails but no response. The raised complaints are getting closed and even there is no intimation to me. I got a mail from Snapdeal "[email protected] " asking for Return receipt. I have shared the receipt and got a call from snapdeal. Within 2 days i got confirmation of Refund is initiated and took 4 working days to get the money to my account.
