[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund | |||
I had ordered Western Basics Brown DressOrder ID: [protected] (1 Item) made the payment wid my debit cardon Nov 22nd 2016.It should be delivered by 29th nov but it was not delivered and my order was cancelled on 30th Nov due to various reasons(today also i don't know why they cancelled my order). And i got message saying your money will be refunded in 4 business days but in my account it was showing refunded successfully.But i didn't get the refund. And when i contacted customer care 3times they told me to wait for some more time. Its was really mental harassment.I thought snapdeal was a good they are proving my thought is wrong...!!! If this complaint helps me its good, if not i will forget the idea o[censored]sing snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||
