[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund is credited as SD cash without asking my preferences. | |||
[protected] order id [protected] sub order id I have ordered sandisk otg pendrive but got defeced product and requested return request. they have credited all refund amount as SD(snapdeal) cash. I have requested for refund in my bank account and provided bank account details also for the same. i have got reply like "We have forwarded your account details to out team. They will contact you for further processing" and about 2 weeks has been passed but still i haven't got any call or mail from snapdeal. Please look into my matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I have got call from snaedeal customer care on 9th mach, 2014. He said that we have verified your account details and we are initiating your transfer. It will reflect in your account in 5-7 working business days. Let's see how much time they take to do the same.
