Snapdeal.com — Refund not received even after more than one and half months. | |||
Complain Number[protected], Order No [protected], I have been facing the issue for 1 month 20 days. in next 10 days it will be 2 months. I asked for refund and whenever i call, i get a response it will be refunded and it's covered under trust pay. I was having two products under this order, after facing lot of issues and too many communications, i asked for the return of the products. The courier person took both the products of the order, and have sent it to delhi warehouse long back, but till now I have got refund of only one product of Rs 362 (more life 9W bulb), while for other of Rs 4141 (superscape outdoor lighting gate pillar) is still pending. JV express courier person number is ([protected]). And now when I am calling customer care, the person says reverse pickup has not happened. When are snapdeal going to refund me the product. From past one and half month I have called more than 100 times. Very very bad service by snapdeal.I will never recommend this to anyone. Was this information helpful? | |||
