Snapdeal.com — Refund not received for past three months | |||
I had purchased a product from Snapdeal and had returned it the next day as I was not satisfied with the product as shown on the site.A reverse pick-up was arranged by snapdeal and the product was safely was confirmed by their executive.The confirmation was received by me on 17.02.2015 and requested for refund, which I was informed would received within 5-7 days.Since then I have been following up by sending mails, online complaints and calls till date and I haven't received the refund. Every time I have been asked for bank details and statement.It is becoming embarrassing now to follow up but I don't want to skip the amount as I don't have the product either.
