[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund of a phone | |||
I purchased two XOLO Q600s white from Snapdeal.com but I received just one piece. So I am requesting for a refund from the company but I am not getting the refund. The order was placed on 04/06/2014. The order number is [protected]. I tried reaching out to the Snapdeal customer care many times but they are just beating around the bush. I also paid the late fee for the credit card. Could you please investigate and let me know what we can do to get the refund. Please let me know if you need any more information, thanks.
