sir, I bought a blackberry z10 mobile from snapdeal, due to some issue i gave it back for refund. they asked my neft details and i gave them, they said they have initiated on march 8th (1sttime)and you will get refund with in 5-7 working days, but i didnt get refund .so after 7days i called them and spoken with them, they said some problem with neft details ., so asked me to send again .!i have mailed them all Neft details ! on march 18th again i got a mail refund will be credited into ur account with in 7 working days .now still i didnt get refund !!!
