[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Regarding the courier person | |||
Had ordered a watch from snapdeal n had cancelled it for personal reason... it was mentioned that if the courier person try to deliver the product Pls refuse it... I had forgotten my phone n had been out n when returned back had notice 5 missed calls in the phone... when I called back immediately the person who picked the call spoke so rude saying that y didn't u pick the call etc.. the courier person is doing a service n getting paid for it but isn't of it he is ordering me spking so rudely... so where do I go complain abt it.. snapdeal has been serving me with amazing products n I'm a regular customer but after this incident I don't feel like shopping there anymore...
