[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — SENT DEFECTED WATCH AND HAD NOT SENT NEW ONE | |||
I have ordered an EMPORIO ARMANI AR2448 MEN'S watch on 3rd oct which recieved to me on 12th oct was defective. I continuously called on snapdeal coustmer for the product replacement and reverse pickup but no one from snapdeal came to pick the product. I myself couriered it for two times on okhla phase 3 new delhi but it returned as they did not tell the address I sent to address which was available on internet. i called them again for the product reverse pickup but no one came. Then they told me to courier again on the address they finally gave. I have couriered on that address which total cost me Rs 1200/- but now when they recived watch they are not replacing it and are making excuses like it is now out of stock. I want the product as I have gifted to someone. This the worst online ordering experience Was this information helpful? | |||
