Hi, I have placed 2 orders from snapdeal last month[protected] both the products were damage piece which I have returned. I have been doing constant follow-up with customer care but they are just writing me mail within 5 to 6 days refund would be done or they are working on it but till date nothing is processed. Please help me in getting refund. Snapdeal policy says within 5 to 6 days money would be refunded but they are fake seem like that.
