[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal says my order has been delivered where it clearly isn't received | |||||
I had placed an order order for Nova trimmer, details attached along with the complaint, it says it's been delivered on 18nov 2016, while it is not, they haven't informed me about the courier service who is going to deliver it to me, so don't know where my product is, I'm seriously disappointed as I am a regular and have ordered several others which have reached on time. Nov 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The courier guy contacted me the next day I filed the complaint here, it was concluded as a network issue and my product will be delivered tomorrow.
