Order id: [protected] i placed order for redmi note 3 32 gb on snapdeal. Product delivered was defective. As i charged it mobile got heated. Very next day i complained to customer care. Reference number: 32550608. I was told to download gizmodoctor app. Battery temp was showing 40 c. I send screen shot to customer care. Now instead of exchanging mobile phone, they are asking me to contact service center for repair. They want certificate from service center the product is defective. Very first place they should have checked the product and then delivered it. Now they are making customer to run from one place to another. Their customer care representative also not talk properly.
