[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Very poor customer service and false statement regarding delivery attempt | |||||
I had placed the order for a laptop on 5th october after 15 days i get message at night 9 o clock that you were not available take delivery whereas in reality delivery person didnt attempt the delivery or phone call. This repeated on 19th again even after rescheduling the time and specifying the time and talking to customer care no use. on 22nd i get a message stating your order is cancelled. no coordination, no responsibility. very poor customer service.
