Snapdeal.com — Warranty related issue | |||||
I have ordered xiaomi mi4i (16gb) from snapdeal 10 months ago. They delivered me the product with a invoice which has wrong imei no printed on it. I had been facing some abnormal display in the phone from past one month so i visited one of mi executive service centre. When they opened the back cover they found mismatch in imei nos. So they simply said phone will not be covered under warranty and contact snapdeal first. Now i am trying to contact them but the only way to contact them is via mail. And they are not replying. thanks for replying, I've mailed the order id to the given mail id.
is it not possible to talk to one of your customer care team. so that i can tell them how serious my problem is. Only one month of my cell phone's warranty is left.
