[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Xolo black 1x | |||||
This my order id: [protected] i was received old stock and used mobile. So returned it but now snapdeal say quality check failed we will send back to you. I talked to snapdeal customer care more than 20 times but no use. Now 30 day finished still i did not receive replacement mobile or refund. But u took return my xolo on next day then why after 25 day no replacement or refund. You are cheated me to send old stock i was talked to xolo regarding case file in consumer court against xolo and snapdeal they said it is snapdeal's problem snapdeal only responsible for old stock delivery. Now i am collected proof for my product and also other customer who also affected by snapdeal. Today i am going to file complaint in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
