[Resolved] Snapdel online shopping — Snapdeal not refunding my money from last two months | |||||
Order no. [protected] Date of order: 12 oct 2015 Dear sir, I had ordered on 12 Oct 2015 a Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm Lens for a Rs. 21, 660 to Snapdeal online shopping website, on the next day of the order I cancelled the order as the same product got by Rs. 2000 less from amazon. The snapdeal team confirmed the order cancellation and receipt the product as I had rejected to received it from courier service. They got their product returned on 19 Oct 2015. I am trying from last two months for refunding but Snapdeal not refunding it to me. Whenever me call to customer care of Snapdeal they assured to refund in next 48 hours, this is happening from last two months. They are cheating with the customers. They always says that, our refund team is working on it, your money is safe with Snapdeal, but its totally fake. Was this information helpful? | |||||

don't go for online shopping from snapdeal ever. They will not provide any service after your purchase accept attending your call .
