I stay at kamal deep park in kondhwa khurd pune 48...opp Mayur pank.
There is a drainage of Mayur pank, which is outleted to the back side of its building and its comes through thr location of various societys kamal deep park and other societies as well as a religious place where peple go for prayer and there is always a drainge flow where the disgusting smell and water flows over road where people are been to suffer for any medical conditiob where children play and the Society of Mayur pank kondhwa khurd pune 48 .opp sheetal petrol pump does not care of its drainage we told him to repair to its best so we again wont suffer from it.. and so its people are careless and taking no actions because of it peoplestaying behind of its societys are literally suffering thz evert 3months...plz take action as soon as possible... Although it is a very difficult, time consuming and irritating process to connect with the human voice at Vodafone care but I had spoken with the customer care officers at several occasions like dt. 9 Apr 2015 and 5 Jul 2015 etc. to know the status and solve this bout this bill issue. I was doubly assured that my problem would be resolved very soon and also due to this issue I will face no problems (such as call barring etc.).
The earlier complaints have even been escalated to the level of Appellate Authority.
But Vodafone has cheated by not solving the problem and barring my services. Please look into and get me justice while imposing penalties on Vodafone for my mental and financial loss.
