I have contaced the sodexo team and they said it is acceptable to se the expired vouchers till dec 2018 on all outlets, but no one accepts. I have written mails to them but they are denying saying that there is no such agreement thatthey should revalidate the expired vouchers from dec 2016. I am losing my money and they are just. How can they keep our money. The team should understand that this will remove trust from their company and its really dissapointing to see their replies. Please help me in getting the money back.
