Soma Isolux Nh-One Tollway Pvt. Ltd — Unfair service

Yesterday I went through Satluj ludhiana bridge and for that i have go through the toll. for which i have paid 178 rs for two way, while i was coming back i noticed that the slip they gave me was missing so i requesting the attendent to check the computer if she could help me out with the same as in the else case i had to pay 120rs more i was just coming back after 2 hours. but she refused to check and there was traffic and i had to pay 120rs extra which is unfair. so i thought to write a complain over here regarding the same. i have travelled to muktsar so many times and on the way there are rohan rajdeep toll which is smaller than soma isolux and they check the numbers while a person is returning and they dont ask for the ticket then why they are unable to check here. I was driving pb29Q4495 i20 and this incident happened on 13 dec 2015 on around 3pm when i was coming back, i get the slip on 12pm so in two three hours i had to pay again which is really unfair.
