I purchased Sony Vaio Ultrabook SVD11213/B SNO 000552 vide invoice No: MES/GIP/12-13/8822 on 31/03/2013 with extended warranty & had to be given for repairs because it stopped working on 14/10/2013 at Jaypee Electronics Sector-2 Noida vide Job No: J31954030. Since that I visited the service center 3 times & evert time I was told that the machine is with HO & will come 3-4 days. However I contacted 3 time to customer care & written more that 8 mails & only 2 were replied with same answer that it will be ready in 3-4 days.
