Sony Entertainment — fraud/fake job opportunity

I am writing this because i would like to make an official complaint. My name is varsha and over the past two / three months, i have been trying to get my refund back which is paid for job. The guy name is hament garg, he called me 27th and 28th july 2019. He said that he received my resume on quaker job website, and i am eligible for this job. And for getting a job in sony entertainment as promotional executive i have to pay for artiste card which coasted me 800 inr. (27.07.19).
After making this payment i have received a registration mail (Sub - enrollment no & registration no). Then he told me, that "before getting appointment details you need to make security deposit of 4500 inr which is totally refundable at the time of appointment it’s just for security reasons”
After the money was credited to his account, he stopped receiving my call and stop giving reply on whatsaap. I tried reaching to him through different numbers but not able to contact him.
It has been two months since then and i have sent multiple massages and calls of reminders. I have to say that if i don’t get my money back in the next week i will be taking this to court and i have the massage that says you will pay within two days. I hope that you will do this as am sure you don’t want the hassle any more than i do. I look forward to hearing back from you.
