Today i got my headphone c002 jai maa enterprises sony MDR Q-140 without mic Head phone wired.. but i got with mic and it is broken one . order Id: OD[protected]. order date:6/10/15, 1.57 pm invoice no:foa2yka16-1049. invoice date:2015/10/06, 3:24 pm vat/tin no:[protected] cst no:[protected] can you please replace by good material. your loosing my believes about filpkart online shopping .

Updated by rajkamal.a i called up to filpkart customer care ..to replace the material.they told me that they would replace within three days and i got message which is apology with replacement of material .
