HI Sir/ Madam I am Mr Siddhartha Potti, I am terribly upset with your Sony Laptop Product which I bought 10months back. As I said I am really upset with your product with two instance occurred in two weeks. As 2 weeks before all of the sudden my laptop dint get on and spoke to your service center and took my laptop to Sony Service Centre in Kormagal Banagalore, which they sorted my issue and got my laptop. And not today I.e on 01Aug2014 I am facing the same issue again. So Sir/Madam can you please change my product and give me new one with all my data which was present in my laptop as i couldnt run to you service centers every 2 weeks and also please I need same model which I had problem with.
