Sony India — A key in the keyboard is not working properly

Address:Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu

The button 3 on the numlock side is not working properly. once we clicked the button, it is taking too much time to respond.and if it gets respond, then the key will type unstoppable.Also it is typing unnecessarily without clicking that button.
