Dear Team My First Ticket ID is : 22470792. <Closed without Customer Approval and work done> My Second Ticket ID : 22515911 < No Update/Revert Call from any Concerned Team> My Third Ticket ID : 22523761 < Again Raised it with Customer Care Number as my First Ticket was Closed, Again got an assurance within 48 hours> Is this the way I Have to deal with Sony Care? Raising Tickets, Getting Cancelled and then Raising Again? Akshay Jand
