Sony India — Bad sony vaio laptop product from sony company | |||||
Dear Sir/Mam, This is Alok Kumar from Pune. I would like to inform you that I bought sony vaio laptop since three years ago. My laptop model number is VPCEH38FN. Actually I am facing a lots of problem regarding my laptop from the date of laptop purchasing. Sony doesn't provide good service. My laptop warranty is one years from the date of purchased after few time, I have extends the warranty for two years. So overall my laptop warranty is three years now but in duration I went to service center more than twenty times for some particular problem. I think that's not good for any company and it's also the fault of sony product. All time a guys who are sitting in service center is said to me is your product is working now but after few time the release of my laptop from service center. It would be some problem and again i went to service center then the same process happened again now. But company doesn't take any particular response now. Recently I went to Service center for Windows problem, DVD problem in Raja Electronics in MG road. He said your problem is resolved now but problem is till now. So I am very tired for laptop service by sony company and their some branches in India. So I humbly request you that see my problem regarding the same. I am very disappointed for the product.
