Dear Sir Sub:- CASH BACK OF SONY LED MODEL NO KLV -40R482B faulty motherboard I Have purchased a Sony LED TV model no 40R482B on[protected] from Bajaj electronics lakdi –ka- pool Hyderabad. Invoice no LKP/CR14/8627. On[protected] The television set what I have purchased went blank. So I called the customer service and complained the same (complaint #[protected]. After doing the same, the technician came after two days & fixed it. It was worked for 4 days, again the same problem persisted on[protected] I have again complained about the same problem (via comp #[protected] the technician took his time & finally he came & examined properly and informed us that the MOTHERBOARD of a new TV is NOT Working I was shocked to hear this from your technician. In less than a three weeks I have to go through this after buying a brand new SONY TV. I am Disgusted with the entire episode. I did not expect this from a brand like SONY.
