Sony India — Company not providing replacement part

Hi, I have Sony Bravia KLV-32V550A, from last 2 weeks I have been trying to search for a base stand for my TV and have got no support from any of the service center or Sony Center. I reached out to: NEOSA ELECTRONICS (P) LTD. 158 S.P. If i want I can go to a local store. If I have lost they cannot help me. I had purchased a Sony TV just because of the brand and hoped to get support. For a simple thing like a TV stand the service centers have no knowledge. To this the Service Center has replied: Dear Mr. Salil Yagnick, Greetings from Sony India. In this situation I am unable to use the TV from last 2 months. This is not expected from sony they should provide basic products like a base stand as I am ready to pay. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
