Sony India — Complaint against extended warranty

Dear Sir I (Vimal) have purchased a SONY VAIO laptop from HOT showroom ( Upper ground floor, Nehru place metro station) on date 11.05.14 Bill Name- Sanjay C/O- Vimal Garg. I paid Rs. 1000 for the extended warranty of 2 years. But till date I haven't received any warranty or any satisfactory comment from them after visiting the store a number of times and a regular follow up on phone. Now they are telling that sony has stopped making laptops and they cannot solve my problem. Since last 11 months they are neglecting me. I have mailed them also but they are not replying to my mails.
