Sony India — Complaint against Sony Mobile Service Station

I had purchase a mobile set of Sony and its make is XPERIA Z1 COMPACT on 03.02.15. After using the same for some days I had to visit the Sony Service Station at Office No. 308, 3rd Floor, DDA Building-5, District Centre, Janakpuri, Delhi-110058 since my handset was not charging. They deposited my handset and told to get it rectified within 8 days. On completion of 8 days when I visited the Service centre, I was told that it is not yet ready and it will take 2-3 days. Again after 3 days I visited to the Service center but this time also I was told that it is not ready and it will take another 7-8 days. When I again went for collection of my handset I was told the same thing that it is not yet ready and it will take few more days. Kindly help me to get my mobile back as soon as possible.
