[Resolved] Sony India — COMPLAINT against worst service of sony Service center | |||
Hello sir, My name is Ronak Patel My recent ticket id was: [protected] I have submitted my Xperia z for several problems listed below on 16 July, 18 July and 1 august. 1. The phone was hanging 2. The phone keypad was / is responding slow 3. The phone loud speaker gets slower for some random time when the phone gets wet. I have submityed my phone to "sunrise electronics - kankaria, ahmedabad, gujarat." And every time the service center has just updated my handset and returned back to me. And in last time I have talked with Mr. Alpesh bhai soni the service head of ahmedabad, even after talking to him I didn't found my solution. Now My complaint is I have given 3 chances to sony to find solution of the problem, but sony gets failed to find the solution SO KINDLY REFUND ME BACK the SAME AMOUNT THAT I HAVE WASTED FOR SONY. Due to this worst kind of service i have suffered from the same problem before in my old handset "XPERIA SP". I will not visit service center now, it's wasting my time. but Now Enough is enough i cannot tolerate it. So, I suggest you to refund the amount of my handset that i have wasted on sony. i will never recommend sony to any one. If you cannot find the solution to my complaint then give me the contact information of any higher authority person in 2 days. Was this information helpful? | |||
