Date of complaint registration through Customer Care Number (Toll Free) : 22/02/2015

Date of visit of Service Engineer : 23/02/15
As per verification by the Service Engineer, he informed that the panel of the TV is out of order. But till date, the LED set has not yet been repaired by your good company for which we are enable to watch world cup even paying money every day for DTH service.
May I know, Sony which is one of the best reputed TV company in international market and promising customer to provide service within 48 hours of getting complaint is a real thing or a false commitment.
I expect my complaint should be produced before top officials of your company & hope, the service should be provided as quick as possible.
