[Resolved] Sony India — complaint on sony experia mobile | |||
Hi, I purchased a sony experia mobile (model no:C1904, IMEI No: [protected]) from Univercell, Selaiyur, Chennai (TIN No:[protected], CST No: 875295/[protected] on 24th November 2013. I'm facing lot of problems with the mobile and I had given for service three times within an year. At first it shown some problem on touch screen, and after the service it resolved. The service center is at sony authorized service center Abirami Plaza, 17/4, M.K.Reddy St West Tambaram Tamilnadu, Chennai 60004. After a month problem happened for speaker. Again it given for service at same center and it resolved. But after two days again faced some problem with touch screen. Now third time I had given for service at same service center on 14th October 2014. The Ticket ID is [protected]. Just I want to know why this much problem is happening for a product of branded company like sony. I'm not interested to continue with this phone that have problems regularly.
