Dear Sir

We sincerely regret to bring to your notice that inspite of repeated reminders, you had not bothered to respond to your valued clients problems, which I feel is shameful for company of your repute and deserve to drag you for legal action for getting our problem resolved as I am not responsible for the fault and needs to publicize among your captive/esteemed clients to know that Sony's quality has deteriorated and supplies are of sub-standard quality and not at all interested for prompt after sales service. It appears to me Sony is interested to sell their products through their authorized franchises only in this competitive market.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue of our mail dt. 13th April '15 at the earliest to avoid damaging action to be taken from our end with the consumer court and social networking site
