Sir/Madam, I lodged complaint for white patches on Sony Bravia 32" TV display over given toll free no. and the complaint was assigned to Tambaram service centre compliant no.1065669 two months back(December 2014). My registered mobile no. is [protected]. Sony service engineer has attended the problem, still no solutions has been provided. Initially Panel was replacement advised and then later TV replacement was advised due to non-availability of panel spare and requested to draft DD for Rs.21, 615/- on 19/02/15. After inquiring thrice I took DD for the above said amount and submitted on 20/02/15. Now they are stating that wrong model was advised for us and waiting for further approval. I won't take back the DD from you and I want the same suggested TV. Also convey the same to customer care. I am fed up with very poor service tendered to me. I stating this for proper solution from sony, otherwise i have to go for legal support. Do the needful at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
