Sony India — Consistent problem with Sony experia z3 mobile phone

Hi, U ppl have been of a great help to me as u solved my complaint earlier.. I want u ppl to plz help me in this too. I had bought a Sony experia z3 phone in the last week of March 2015, since then after every two months my phone has some problem or the other... I always request Sony ppl to refund my money n take the phone back...it has been only four months i bought this fone n coz of my phone im facing lot of problems in my business coz 90% of my work is on phone.plz I only trust u ppl..I hope ul help me in getting my money back... I have again given my phone to the service centre n requested them again to take the phone back but they never agree to it..plz help.below is the JOB NO.
