[Resolved] Sony India — Costly after sales service | |||
I had bought 40" Sony Bravia TV set before three years from M/s. Ravi Corporation, Bharuch. On 14th sept 2014, the screen started going up-down and double picture shades started getting displayed on TV set. Against my complaint, your authorised service technician from M/s. Balaji Services, Vadodara (ph:[protected] visited my place, inspected my TV set, took photographs of problems and informed me that the TV set will have to be taken to Baroda Service Station. I asked for the estimate and to my utter shock, I got estimate of Rs. 26000/- of repairing it. The cost was beyond the logic and obviously I took recourse of one local technician who to my utter pleasure and surprise repaired it for Rs. 200/- . What the difference !!! How can we trust your aurhorised service station who aim at looting your valued client ? And how do you expect us to buy your products in future if your after sales services are beyond our capacity to bear ? I have learned a great lesson and have shared my this experience with my huge friend circle. This is because one has to be cautious while buying product of your company of great repute. Can you now surprise me with your reprimental action against your Baroda Authorised Service Station ?
