Sony India — Defective LED T.V. | |
Dear Sir,
I have purchase a LED Sony TV Model No. KLV-22P402B on date[protected] with warranty of 1year from Ambe Traders, Station Road, Maihar, Satna district.
The TV which I have purchased was having problem of Display screen showing white which had come in 10days of its purchase only regarding which I have consulted your service centre Satna and Jabalpur district(M.P.). They have repaired the T.V. and returned after 2 months time period and after their return it had worked for 4-5 Months correctly and again the same defect was showing and now when I moved to the Shop and service centre they have given no proper reply and during which the Warranty period also expired.
Sir, the piece was defective from the very beginning and now I want proper response from your side for its replacement.
